How accurate is it?
TakeoffBOT excels at autodecting AWI products, elevations, plans, sections, callouts, and specs (and connecting them). Accuracy improves every month as our system learns from every project. Our goal is to do 80% of the work for you, not to replace the estimator.
Does it replace estimators?
No. Takeoff BOT removes repetitive prep work so estimators can focus on what matters: scope decisions, risk assessment, and pricing strategy. Your team stays in control of quantities and final calls.
Is our data safe?
Your drawings and takeoffs are private and encrypted. We never share or sell your data. We do use your data to train and improve our models, you can opt out at any time.
What file types are supported?
We process any PDF to find products in the elevations. You can upload any file type to store in the project.
Can we export?
Yes. You can export a detailed Excel breakdown of pricing calculations so that you have maximum control over your estimates. You can also export a PDF with your labeled products showing customized reports. Report templates let you configure how your project data is exported.
Is it built for AWI/AWMAC?
Yes. TakeoffBot is specifically trained to identify the AWI & AWMAC CDS library.
Can I customize the product library?
Yes. You can clone & rename AWI defaults to match your shop standards, or add custom products on the fly. Talk to us about training on your custom products.
Does it integrate with my software?
TakeoffBOT exports to Excel, CSV, and reports. You can also generate files compatible with Cabinet Vision, MicroVellum, and Takeoff by People Logic Software. AutoCAD and more integrations are coming soon. Ask us to support your software.
Who in my shop would use this?
